Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Estimated Delivery Times

Canada: Standard — 6 to 10 business days
United States: Standard — 6 to 10 business days

Delivery times may vary during high-volume periods (e.g., Black Friday, Holidays).

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Please note:

Tracking may take 24 to 48 hours to activate on international logistics platforms.

Shipping Fees

Canada & United States

Standard shipping: Free on orders over 75 CAD or 55 USD

Otherwise: variable fees depending on the product (calculated at checkout)

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on destination.

Incorrect Address

NOMAIA is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by:

Incorrect address provided by the customer

Address changes not communicated before shipping

Missing unit or apartment number

If an address error occurs:
A refund cannot be issued until the package is returned or confirmed as undeliverable.

Package Marked “Delivered” but Not Received

A shipment marked as “Delivered” by the carrier is considered delivered.
If this happens:

  1. Check your mailbox, neighbors, concierge, or local post office

  2. Contact the carrier for more details

NOMAIA is not responsible for theft occurring after confirmed delivery.
However, we carefully review each case to find the best possible solution.

Lost, Delayed or Stuck Packages

We offer a refund OR replacement if:

Delivery exceeds 20 business days (Canada/USA)

The carrier confirms a loss

The package remains stuck without updates for more than 10 business days
