You have 15 days after receiving your order to request a full refund.

You have 30 days after receiving your order to request store credit.

Return Fees

A fixed fee of $13.99 + tax applies to the return label and processing.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.
If you need another size or color, please place a new order.
Your original item may be refunded or credited depending on your request.

Defective Products or Order Errors

No claim will be accepted without submitting a prior request.

Non-Eligible Products

Final-sale and clearance items cannot be returned or refunded.

Price Adjustment After Purchase

If you purchased an item at full price on nomaia-outdoors.com and it goes on sale within 15 days of its shipping date, we will refund the difference provided that:

The item is still in stock

In the same size, color, and version

Discounted or promotional items are not eligible.
