What if I provided the wrong address?
NOMAIA is not responsible for failed deliveries due to an incorrect address, an address change not communicated before shipment, or a missing unit number. Orders cannot be refunded until they have been returned or confirmed as undeliverable.
My package is marked as "delivered" but I haven't received it. What should I do?
A package marked as "delivered" by the carrier is considered received. We recommend checking your mailbox, with your neighbors, your building manager, or your local post office. You can also contact the carrier for more details. NOMAIA is not responsible for theft after confirmed delivery, but we review each situation individually to offer the best possible solution.
What should I do if my parcel is lost, delayed or stuck?
We offer a refund OR replacement if the delay exceeds 20 business days for Canada and the United States, if the carrier confirms a loss, or if the package remains stuck without update for more than 10 business days.

What is your return policy?
You have 15 days after receiving your order to request a full refund, or 30 days to request online credit. Items must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging.
How can I return an item?
Contact our customer service at support@nomaia.com for return authorization and instructions. A flat fee of $13.99 + tax applies for the return label and processing.
Who pays the return shipping costs?
A fixed fee of $13.99 + tax applies to each return (label and processing), except in the case of a defective item or an error on our part.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your request is approved, you will be notified by email. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
Are shipping costs refundable?
Only the return shipping fee ($13.99 + tax) will be deducted. The original shipping fee is non-refundable, except in the case of a defective item or an error on our part.
Can I exchange an item?
No, we do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, please place a new order. The original product can be refunded or credited, depending on your preference.
Which items cannot be returned?
Clearance and final sale items cannot be returned or refunded. Only products purchased directly from nomaia-outdoors.com are eligible for returns.
Do you offer price adjustments after purchase?
Yes! If you purchased a regularly priced item on nomaia-outdoors.com and it goes on sale within 15 days of the shipping date, we will refund the difference as long as the item is still in stock in the same size, color, and version. Items that are already reduced or on sale are not eligible.
